Funding

At the moment we can accept USDT deposits on the BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, and Ethereum. Additionally, withdrawals are available on Tron (but not deposits at this time).

We recommend using the BNB Smart Chain or Polygon where possible, since these are the cheapest blockchains with considerably lower network fees. Ethereum may cost in excess of $20-$50 per transaction.

At the moment, you cannot deposit or withdraw fiat money (such as EUR or USD) directly into Peccala.

You first need to buy USDT or USDC on a crypto exchange (e.g. Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, KuCoin) and then transfer those tokens to your Peccala wallet.

When you withdraw, you will receive USDT (or USDC if you convert before withdrawing), which you can then send to your exchange and convert back into fiat currency.

When you withdraw from your exchange (e.g. Binance) and enter your Peccala deposit address, the exchange will ask which blockchain network you want to use.

⚠️ Always select the same network that you chose in your Peccala deposit screen. Supported options are:

• BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)
• Ethereum (ERC20)
• Polygon (MATIC)

If the network doesn’t match, your funds may be lost.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and different networks are not interconnected.

• If you send funds on the wrong network (e.g. select Ethereum in your exchange but BNB Smart Chain in Peccala), your money will be lost — and there is no way to get it back.
• If you send tokens other than USDT or USDC but on a supported network, we may be able to help recover them, but recovery is not guaranteed and may take time.

👉 To avoid problems, always:

1. Select USDT or USDC only.
2. Make sure the blockchain network in your exchange matches exactly the one you selected in your Peccala deposit screen (Ethereum, Polygon, or BNB Smart Chain).

Don’t worry. As long as you carefully follow the steps in our guide on how to deposit USDT to your Peccala Account, you’ll be fine.

Just make sure that:

1. You are depositing USDT or USDC only, and
2. The network you select in your exchange matches the one you selected in your Peccala deposit screen (BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Polygon

Yes, you’re free to invest as much as you like with Peccala! 

However, if you’re investing more than $15k per month you will need to do Level 2 verification, will means we ask for some additional information and proof about where the money is coming from.

Yes, you can redeem your Peccala Tokens for their current value at any time in exchange for the USDT stablecoin. There is no lock-in or minimum investment period.
