​How to withdraw USDT or USDC from my Peccala account

This guide explains how to withdraw from your Peccala account to an external exchange or crypto wallet.
When you sell your Peccala tokens, the proceeds are credited in USDT to your Peccala wallet. If you prefer, you can convert this balance into USDC before withdrawing.

Withdrawals can be made to any whitelisted wallet or exchange account on:

• Ethereum (ERC20)
• Polygon (MATIC)
• BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)
• Tron (TRC20)

👉 Before making your first withdrawal, you need to add and confirm your external withdrawal wallet. There is a 24-hour delay before withdrawals are enabled. See our guide How to add and confirm a new withdrawal wallet for details.

Steps to withdraw

1. Go to your Wallet
From your dashboard, open the Wallet section and click on the Withdraw tab.‍

2. Enter withdrawal details

1. Select the amount of USDT (or USDC, if you converted first) you want to withdraw.
2. Choose the whitelisted external wallet from the dropdown list.
3. Select the network for your withdrawal (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, or Tron).

3. Review withdrawal preview

A preview will show the destination wallet, withdrawal amount, fees, and the final amount you will receive.

4. Confirm with 2FA
For security, you will receive a confirmation code by email. Enter the code to confirm your withdrawal.

5. Processing
Your transaction will begin processing. This usually takes less than a minute, but may take longer depending on the blockchain network.

‍6. Done
Once confirmed, your funds will appear in your chosen external wallet. You can track the status of your withdrawal in your Dashboard or your Transaction History.
